This is a low-income benefit paid monthly. Veteran must have served during wartime.
Details
For veterans, surviving spouses or children
- Basic Pension – pays the least
- Housebound – if unable to get out of home - pays more
- Air and Attendance – requiring assistance in doing daily activities pays the most
