Accident reports must be purchased at buycrash.lexisnexisrisk.com Accident reports are $12.00 to purchase online.
Incident Reports and CAD Reports can be obtained by sending an email to reports@sullivancounty.in.gov
Please provide as much information about your report as possible when sending the email request. If not enough information is provided, you may receive an email requesting further information. Please note not all incident reports are available for release.
